The exterior of this luxury superyacht features many of Bannenberg’s signature design notes but has been modernised and now boasts amenities such as her new sun deck with Jacuzzi and impressive living areas.

Exterior Design & Engineering

First launched in 1986 and built in Japan by Nishii Zosen-Sterling, the LADY A yacht is one of the most distinctive yachts on the water.

In 2017 she was rebuilt at Burgess Marine in the UK. This 10-month project extended the aft end of the upper deck to create more space for exterior seating and social spaces, and her interior was comprehensively refitted. The LADY A motor yacht also underwent minor structural, mechanical and electrical modifications and got new Quantum zero-speed stabilisers installed.

Amenities

The main salon is unusually located on the upper deck of the LADY A yacht. It’s spacious and open plan, enclosing a generous lounge area that faces an extra-large television screen, a sit-up bar with chairs looking through the port-side windows, and a formal dining room that seats 12.

Sliding doors lead from the salon through to the upper deck, where another dining table can be found. The two seating areas aft offer exceptional views and are a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a sundowner.

Steps lead you from the upper deck down to the main deck aft, where you’ll find plenty of sun loungers you can recline across. There’s more than enough space to roll out your yoga mat or set up your exercise equipment—or you can stretch out on the bench that lines the aft.

The sun deck of the LADY A yacht is a particular highlight. Sitting within the yacht’s raised upper works, it features a forward curved sofa that parasols can shade and day beds that overlook the bow of the yacht.

If you get thirsty, you can head amidship to pick up a drink at the bar. You can pull up a seat here or move back to sit on the pair of facing sofas. Keep heading back, and you’ll come across a Jacuzzi.
