It’s time to get ready for the French Riviera’s first boat show of the season
Held since 1977 in the fashionable Bay of Cannes, the Cannes Yachting Festival (formerly the Cannes Boat Show) attracts some of the biggest names in the yachting world every year.
The Vieux Port, one of the French Riviera’s oldest ports, showcases the show’s largest yachts, while the sailing area and brokerage is found in Port Canto. New for 2023 is the small boat area in the Vieux Port on the Pantiero, where guests can shop for tenders and dayboats.
As is customary at Cannes, some world premieres are expected, including the 29m A96 from Arcadia Yachts, which focuses on wellness at sea and promises to bridge the gap between the sky and the ocean, allowing for total immersion in the natural marine environment.
Other yachts premiering include 29m NYUMBA, Southern Wind’s first hybrid sailing yacht that offers zero-emission cruising, while Edmiston will be bringing the 24m Sanlorenzo yacht RADKAT, a brand-new SX76 still under full shipyard warranty that launched earlier this year, and whose low draft and incredible outdoor spaces, including a huge swim platform, make her ideal for some Med island hopping.
Edmiston will also be providing chauffeured cars, courtesy of Range Rover Cars, to our VIP clients throughout the show, to ensure our guests can travel effortlessly between the different areas of the show.
