MOATIZE was the first luxury superyacht to be built by the British yard Pendennis , and she’s been maintained to the highest standards since her 1999 launch.
A lifetime of continual upgrades has kept the MOATIZE yacht in excellent condition, including her well-documented annual maintenance periods and a significant refit in 2019-20.

Exterior Design & Engineering
This 46-metre luxury superyacht was designed by Dubois Naval Architects and custom-built by Pendennis. She was designed for long-range cruising, but she’s just as comfortable at anchor thanks to her Naiad zero-speed stabilizers.
During her most recent refit, the MOATIZE yacht completed her five-year survey and was modernised with the installation of a gym that includes rowing and running machines, plus a TV. Her hull and topsides were also repainted at the same time.
Her exterior highlights include a 360-degree sun deck. Forward you’ll find a raised Jacuzzi while a dining room amidships can be enjoyed in any weather thanks to its glass walls. Aft lies a seating area for lounging in the fresh air, with sun loungers for reclining. Most of this top deck is covered for maximum shade, with additional awnings to extend the sun protection if desired.
Amenities
There’s plenty of space to relax on the MOATIZE yacht. Her main deck aft has sofas that overlook the water, with a round table that seats six for games or snacks. It leads into a main salon with a formal dining area for 10. Between both sits the elevator that connects all guest decks.
Toys & Tenders
The MOATIZE yacht for sale comes with a 2019 custom 5.2-metre Sea Jay fishing tender and a 3-metre rigid inflatable crew tender. She has an inflatable swim platform that can accommodate Jet Ski and tender docking and is sold with a pair of Sea-Doos.
