Aynsley Neville

Inheriting an aptitude for engineering from his father, Aynsley joined the British Royal Navy as a junior mechanic at the age of 16 and now has 31 years at sea to his name.

A multi-disciplined marine engineer, his most recent seafaring role – a six-year stretch as chief engineer on a classic yacht from the 1920s – is the most rewarding chapter of his career to date and he is passionate about building honest relationships with people.

He believes a holistic approach is critical to the success of the yachting industry, from the equipment we use to the people that operate and maintain it.
