Experience in the Superyacht Industry

Holly has worked in the superyacht industry for 12 years, building experience across brokerage, charter management and client advisory. She began her career at Merle Wood & Associates, working closely with senior leadership, before moving into a family office environment where she gained insight into the expectations and decision-making processes of private clients. She later joined a yacht brokerage within the charter management department, developing a detailed understanding of yacht operations, charter performance and fleet positioning. This experience provided a strong operational foundation, which she now combines with her role as a charter broker at Edmiston. Since joining the company, she has continued to work across both charter and fleet management, allowing her to advise clients with a clear view of both the guest experience and the operational realities behind it.
