Matthew Drew

Matthew has worked in the yachting industry since the age of 18 when he went to sea with Princess Cruises. By the age of 27 he had become an Unlimited Master Mariner and he has been involved in two 100m+ yacht builds (AMADEA and ULYSSES).

Joining us in 2022, Matthew’s recent lived experience on board large vessels has proved very useful and the only continent he hasn’t visited is Anatarctica.

As we move forward, Matthew hopes the yachting world can prove its might in tackling world ocean issues and he would like to see improved communication between the crew, management, and Owner.
