Will Bagshaw

Will has worked in the yachting industry since 1998 and has been with us since 2018. In his years spent crewing he developed an intimate knowledge of clients’ needs and expectations, as well as key destinations, yachts (especially Lürssen), and crew.

An ambassador for work-life balance, Will says allowing time for family, travelling and exercise enables him to perform at his optimum.

He believes yachts offer the opportunity to shape our future through innovations, and as yachts become more sustainable, he hopes the changes we make can be adopted throughout the maritime industry and help the wider world.
