Edmiston’s sales figures exceed industry expectations

Edmiston has sold 60 yachts over 30m in the last 18 months and continues to sell yachts at twice the speed of the industry average.

Edmiston continues to prove its post-pandemic sales prowess, having sold 60 yachts in the over 30m category in the past 18 months – an average of four yachts per broker, more than double the industry average – which in turn has given us a 30% global market share of the yachts sold over 70m.

And when it comes to selling, we don’t wait around – Edmiston strives to achieve the most efficient results for our clients, currently selling our CAs twice as fast as the industry average, with 16 yachts sold in house over the past 18 months.

Edmiston also has excellent form when it comes to off-market deals and this year’s sale of the Royal Huisman 36m yacht ARCADIA was our eighth off-market deal in 18 months.

Other major deals this year include the sale of ZENJI (another in-house deal); H1, one of our fastest sales of the year; and VENERA, a sub 30m Dutch-built yacht in which Edmiston brought the Buyer.

Edmiston credits our consistent sales success to the unflinching commitment of our expert brokers, who repeatedly go above and beyond to get the deal done – utilising their peerless knowledge and contacts to match Buyers with the perfect yachts.

As fast as yachts fly off our books, new ones join and we are delighted to be managing the sales of the 50m Ortoni Navi yacht ARBEMA and the 37.9m Admiral yacht SAFE HAVEN, both of which have enjoyed excellent charter success and have built strong reputations.

Other yachts that have recently joined our sales fleet include the 59m timeless Oceanco HELIOS, the 43m space-defying CRN yacht HANA, the 42m pedigree Feadship LADY CHARLOTTE, the 33m Feadship IDUNA, and the 33.60m classic Abeking & Rasmussen cruiser SANS SOUCI.

If you are in the market to buy or sell a yacht, contact our team of expert brokers now. Because at Edmiston, we don’t just list yachts, we sell them.
