Interior Design & Engineering
The ELENA sailing yacht is an exact replica of the 1910 schooner. Built to the same Herreshof design, she was launched in 2009 and boasts the same race-winning DNA as her namesake.
Her exterior features an elegantly tapered steel hull, towering pine spars, spruce masts, and over 1,0000 square meters of Spectra sails.
Step inside the ELENA yacht and her Steve McLaren-designed interior will transport you back to the 1910s. Despite her classic styling, which features plenty of polished hardwood panelling and vintage-looking furnishings, she’s got all the modern comforts you’d expect from a luxury superyacht, including onboard WiFi.
Your ELENA yacht charter can accommodate eight guests in four cabins. The master suite comes with a desk and comfy seating area, while the rest of the accommodation comprises one double and two twins. The Captain’s cabin can also be used for an additional two guests if needed.
Yacht Facilities & Entertainment
Following in the footsteps of her predecessor, the ELENA yacht has already won regattas on both sides of the Atlantic. If you want to put her through her paces at a regatta, you can join the racing team and compete.
When you’re not racing, you might find yourself on her expansive open deck. A dining table can be set up to offer a space for alfresco dining at any time of day, and you’ll find plenty of sun pads if you want to stretch out and top up your tan.
Toys and Crew
A crew of eight will help you enjoy every moment of your ELENA yacht charter.
The toy collection on board will keep you entertained for hours. You could take one of the kayaks out for a morning paddle or get the blood pumping with a spot of kite surfing or waterskiing. If you want to head out fishing or enjoy a snorkelling excursion, you can grab your gear and set off on one of the two tenders available.
