A multi-million dollar charter-focused refit has turned the TURQUOISE yacht into the ideal platform for chic holidays in the Med and Caribbean.
Thanks to the mix of the onboard gym, large spa pool, decent water toy collection and the Nikki Beach feel of the main aft deck, this luxury superyacht allows you to enjoy active days and sociable nights.
The 55.4-metre TURQUOISE yacht was built in 2011 to a design by Dubois Naval Architects. She underwent a significant refit in 2014, which was followed by another in 2019. TURQUOISE cruises at 12 knots with a maximum range of 5,500 nautical miles and is comfortable at all times, thanks to her zero-speed stabilisers.
The interiors, by H2 Yacht Design, have more than a few nods to the Art Deco era, with a soothing palette of silver, cream, and white and turquoise accented with polished Wenge wood, organic wall coverings and luxurious soft furnishings.
Your TURQUOISE yacht charter will accommodate 12 guests across six cabins. The main deck hosts a full-beam master suite and a VIP cabin, while below lies three doubles and one twin.
You can luxuriate over a formal multi-course dinner in the dining room that seats 12, then move back to the main salon lounge to nurse an after-dinner cocktail. If you’d like some fresh air, head past the sit-up bar and through the glass doors to the main deck aft, where you’ll find modular Paolo Lenti furniture that gives a cool Nikki Beach feel. You could spend the rest of the evening here, as it can be turned into an outdoor cinema, a large lounge area, or be cut off to offer a more private area by sheer curtains.
There’s an alfresco dining table located on the upper deck aft, offering an alternative venue for more relaxed dinners.
You’ll want to spend a lot of time on the sun deck during your TURQUOISE yacht charter. It’s home to many of the amenities, including a large spa pool that seats 14 and overlooks the bow. The forward port side is full of day beds that you can lounge across while you soak up the sunshine.
As lunch approaches, you can move amidship to the covered dining table and enjoy a barbecued lunch cooked right beside you on the sun deck. You can ensure an active afternoon by using the gym equipment on the spacious aft deck, which includes a Concept2 rowing machine, a cross trainer, an exercise bike, free weights, plus yoga and pilates accessories. If you prefer free-range exercise, you could always slide down the giant inflatable slide and go for a swim.
A crew of 13 will be on-hand to deliver an unbeatable charter.
If you’d like to enjoy some leisure time ashore, there’s a 7.5-metre custom Nouvarania tender that can transport you in style.
When you’re ready to work your way through the assortment of water toys, you can relax on the drop-down beach club on the TURQUOISE motor yacht while the crew get everything ready. You’ve got plenty to play with, including waverunners, waterskis, wakeboards, paddleboards, and kayaks. There’s even a protected pool with a trampoline and waterslide, snorkelling gear and inflatable towable toys for you to use.
