Shelley Dowie

Having spent 11 years at sea, Shelley came ashore into yacht management in 2010 and joined the Edmiston yacht Management team in June 2023.

Shelley understands the joys and demands of the yachting industry more than most – her ability to remain calm in the face of a crisis has earned her the nickname the ‘fire fighter’.

When she’s not managing our fleet of yachts, Shelley’s life revolves around her family, her dog, and the water. She believes the future of yachting will be focused on sustainability and environmental protection and that infrastructure to support these aspects will be key in the next 10-15 years.
