About Natasha
Natasha began working in the yachting industry in 2012 as a deckhand and quickly rose through the ranks, earning her Chief Mate 3000 GT qualification.
In 2020, Natasha became a co-founder of ‘She of the Sea,’ a groundbreaking platform designed to connect and empower women within the industry. She also co-founded LEGASEA, an industry-wide mentoring programme. As a yacht manager at Edmiston, Natasha plays a pivotal role in optimising the operations and management of our fleet, taking a client-centric approach.
She envisages a high-performance, innovative and sustainable yachting industry where passion, drive and competency are the factors that determine our future.
