With over a decade in the industry, Holly joined Edmiston in 2022, bringing extensive experience across the global charter market.

She manages an impressive fleet of Central Agents, with experience spanning motor yachts from 75ft to 100m. Selective in the programmes she represents, Holly focuses on high-quality yachts with strong operational standards and clear charter vision. She oversees some of the most successful charter programmes in the industry, working closely with Owners and Captains to maximise performance while maintaining long-term brand positioning.

Holly is the Edmiston representative on the IYBA Charter Professionals Committee. She brings calm judgement, deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of the legal frameworks that underpin charter. Her passion for planning exceptional journeys informs her work every day, shaping thoughtful, well-structured programmes that deliver long-term value for Owners and memorable experiences for guests.
