Operating primarily within the Mediterranean charter market, she has particular familiarity with Croatia, where island cruising, clear waters and historic coastal towns make the region especially well suited to a broad range of charter styles. Her approach to itinerary planning balances activity, relaxation and exploration, ensuring each destination contributes naturally to the overall flow of the charter experience.

Experience in the Superyacht Industry

Claire began her career at Edmiston as a charter assistant, developing a detailed understanding of the charter process before progressing into a brokerage role. Since becoming a broker, she has organised over 70 charters, representing more than 500 charter days and over €20 million in charter value. Her professional background prior to yachting includes working as a 999 call handler for the East of England Ambulance Service during the COVID-19 pandemic. This role required calm decision-making under pressure, strong communication skills and the ability to quickly assess individual needs, all of which continue to inform her work in brokerage. She also worked as a concierge for a luxury chalet company in Sainte Foy, where she gained experience in high-end hospitality and delivering tailored guest experiences.

Approach to Brokerage

Claire takes a thoughtful and client-focused approach to charter brokerage, with particular attention to how each client experiences the planning process as well as the charter itself. She places strong emphasis on understanding preferences early on, allowing her to design programmes that feel considered and personal. She particularly enjoys organising family charters and milestone trips, where attention to detail and careful coordination are key. Her focus is on ensuring that clients feel confident and well supported throughout, from initial enquiry through to stepping on board.
