Lena Sundell

Lena began working in the yachting industry in 1998 as a chief stewardess and purser, before becoming shorebased as a charter manager, charter broker and now a yacht manager.

Having sailed in Scandinavia, the Baltic, the North Sea, Mediterranean and the Caribbean, Lena has been working at Edmiston since 2014 and brings a Finnish Sisu (the ability to push through adversity) to proceedings. She is also a consummate problem solver thanks to her broad experience in the industry.

In terms of the future, Lena sees a move towards a similar structure to commercial shipping, at least from a management point of view.
