Hans van Doornmalen

Having studied the yachting industry at a private business school in The Netherlands, followed by four years at a large brokerage house, Hans joined Edmiston at our Porto Montenegro office in 2015.

Hans’ ambition is driven by the yachts themselves – the machinery and technical solutions they offer – but he also loves the multinational/multilingual character of the industry.

A big proponent of discovering the world via a proper bluewater cruising sailing yacht or explorer motor yacht, Hans says the future of yachting holds enormous promise in terms of travelling further afield and he expects to see even more use of glass and more emission-free yachting.
