Before joining Edmiston, Charles spent four years working in yacht management, learning the ins and outs of the operational and technical sides of yachting, before working at a boutique charter brokerage for three years.

A self-proclaimed ‘yacht geek’ with experience in all types of yachts, explorer yachts are Charles’s area of expertise, having been involved in the build and charter of both PLANET NINE and GAME CHANGER.

Charles has identified a desire in charter guests to explore the world in a more sustainable manner, and he believes this will push designers to break boundaries in terms of innovation, shaking up what we consider the norm.
