The Breakthrough Year: Edmiston closes 2025 with a record €3 Billion in revenue
2025 has been a landmark year for Edmiston. Marked by exceptional performance across every division and continued leadership at the top end of the superyacht market, closing the year with record sales of over €3 billion — a doubling of 2024 figures.
The year has seen extraordinary momentum in the 100-metre-plus category, with Edmiston brokering several significant sales, including BREAKTHROUGH, the 119-metre Feadship that represents the most substantial transaction in brokerage history.
This momentum extends across the upper tiers of the market, with a particularly strong presence in yachts above 50 metres and a 57% market share of sold yachts in the 65-metre-plus category.
“Our performance this year reflects both the strength of the market and the precision of our approach,” said Alex Koersvelt, Commercial Director. “Our speed to close, data-led pricing advice, global network, and relentless pursuit of getting deals done for our clients continue to set us apart.”

Market confidence has remained strong, with the overall market capitalisation surpassing 2024 levels by the end of Q3 and reaching €6.9 billion by close of Q4, which stands as a record for the brokerage industry. Edmiston’s 2025 transactions represent over 40% global market share in value across 44 yachts with a combined 2.5 kilometres in length, significantly more than any other brokerage.
At the heart of this success lies Edmiston’s reputation for speed and precision. Central Agency listings with Edmiston continue to sell in half the time of the industry average.
Sales highlights included BREAKTHROUGH, the 119-metre Feadship that set a new benchmark for the industry; SAVANNAH, the 84-metre hybrid Feadship; and U-81, the 80-metre Damen. Additional significant sales included ONE, a 76-metre newly delivered Feadship, and ALCHEMY, a 65-metre Rossinavi. Whereas only a few have been publicly announced, many of Edmiston’s notable sales were off-market deals highlighting our role as a market maker.
Edmiston also added notable new Central Agency appointments, including MAR, a 107-metre Benetti, and MAXIMUS, a 59-metre Vitters sailing yacht. These additions reinforce the confidence placed in Edmiston at the top of the market and the depth of our large-yacht portfolio.
The US market has also shown notable growth in 2025, with increasing activity from both buyers and sellers and a surge of interest across North America in high-quality yachts spanning the full size spectrum.
“We look forward to entering 2026 with strong momentum as we continue to deliver results with speed, accuracy and the intelligence that continues to define our position as the leading global superyacht brokerage,” comments Alex Koersvelt.
