The 44.20m 2015 Feadship MOON SAND is offered for sale and, having only been privately used since launch, this displacement yacht from the Dutch masters is immaculately maintained.

With naval architecture and exterior design by De Voogt, MOON SAND boasts sophisticated interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell, with bespoke pieces from Linley, Silverlining and Pollaro.

Inside, the design is elegant and classic with a good choice of entertaining spaces, from the generous main salon with separate formal dining area, to the full-beam sky lounge on the bridge deck, and large mullion-free picture windows let the light in throughout.

MOON SAND can accommodate eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam master on the main deck and full-beam VIP on the lower deck. There is also a further double cabin and a convertible double.

However, it’s when you step outside on this yacht that the design really comes into its own, with the kind of outdoor spaces you wouldn’t normally see on a sub-50m yacht.

A unique feature, MOON SAND reveals a hidden contraflow 6m swimming pool on main deck aft at the push of a button, so guests can saunter from the main salon through the sliding doors for a dip, and chat to friends having a casual lunch or a cool drink on the C-shaped settee just beyond.

There is a lounge area and alfresco dining on the bridge deck, with direct access to the sky lounge for respite from the sun, and on the large sun deck there is informal al fresco dining, an observation lounge and a sunbathing area.

Powered by twin 1,200 hp CAT C32 Diesel engines, with low engines hours, MOON SAND reaches a top speed of 14 knots and cruises at 12 knots.
