51.80m 170 ft | 1962 / 2003 | 12 Guests | 6 Cabins | 9 Crew
DIONEA was launched in 1962 by Felszegi shipyard of Muggia as a high standard ferry-boat and operated until 1991. In 2003, the current owner converted her into a luxury motor yacht, and DIONEA has proven to be a popular charter yacht. The changes made were carried out with as much originality as possible but respecting her existing lines.
Every detail of the conversion is designed to enhance the feeling of being aboard a small, luxury ship. Her interior, designed by Ivana Porfiri, displays an elegant minimalism with very simple modern furniture and fabrics, blending Old World charm with modern materials and amenities. DIONEA can sleep 12 guests in six cabins, who are looked after by a crew of nine.
DIONEA’s substantial deck spaces hint to her past as a commercial vessel, and she’s thusly ideal for entertaining large parties, easily welcoming groups of more than 100 guests on board for a soirée. The aft deck is equally well-suited for smaller gatherings, with al fresco dining for 12, sun loungers and a covered area for escaping the sun.
Powered by twin 720hp Caterpillar engines, she has a cruising speed of 12 knots. Zero speed stabilisers give excellent comfort at sea.
