The 2022 Monaco Yacht Show will take place from 28 September to 1 October in Port Hercules, and with one of its best line-ups yet.
The Monaco Yacht Show is one of the highlights of the yachting calendar and with a focus on attracting a new generation of yacht owners, plus continued commitment to appeal to existing clients, we’re looking forward to making deals with some of the most serious buyers in the world.
Among the yachts heading to Monaco with us is KISS, a pedigree Feadship, which comes with a dedicated Owner’s deck – seriously impressive for a sub-50m yacht – which is in immaculate condition.
Joining her on the quayside will be TWIZZLE, a sleek bluewater cruiser with award-winning design from the legendary Dutch shipyard Royal Huisman.
A recent addition to Edmiston fleet, Tankoa’s 72m flagship SOLO is also preparing to wow the crowds with her statement Francesco Paszkowski lines, generous volume, and peerless performance.
Following a full refit in 2020, the 42m 2003 Feadship LADY CHARLOTTE will no doubt surprise visitors by how much bigger and younger she feels.
Also showing off her new look will be the 59m 2001 Oceanco yacht HELIOS, which comes with a remodelled sun deck that will have visitors dreaming of their next sunshine cruise.
In terms of innovation, the high-performance 2013 Perini Navi STATE OF GRACE is driven by state-of-the-art engineering that will leave those that look upon her breathless and offers huge potential for anyone wishing to enter the charter market.
For anyone looking to get on the water soon, the 50m 2008 Ortona Navi yacht, ARBEMA, which comes with a huge volume of nearly 600GT – her beam is more than nine metres – is turnkey ready.
Clients should also book an appointment to view GIALOA LU. The 47m yacht from Bilgin Yachts comes with both a full-beam main deck owner’s suite and a large VIP, plus a beach club and glass-fronted spa pool.
And finally, the 48m Feadship GITANA, which returned to market earlier this year following a multi-million-euro six-month refit, offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to buy a classic Feadship with contemporary flair and style.
All the yachts we are taking to Monaco this year will benefit from exceptional quayside presence and the expertise of our brokers whose knowledge of the industry is second to none.
As usual, The Edmiston Pavilion, within the Monaco Yacht Club, will be the place to head for VIP treatment, with Edmiston clients welcome to make use of our luxury tenders and chauffeured cars.

Edmiston will be at the 2022 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, from 26 – 30 October, offering VIP services and expert advice to all our clients.
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is the largest in-water boat show in the world. Situated just feet away from the beach in sunny South Florida, the five-day show, is beautifully located for those looking to view some of the best yachts in the world in a sunshine destination.
This year, the 48m Feadship GITANA will be on diplay with Edmiston and available to view. Looking in the prime of her life following the recent completion of a multi-million-euro refit at the Feadship De Vries shipyard in the Netherlands, GITANA has only ever been used privately and comes with stunning onboard features.
With Fort Lauderdale considered the ‘yachting capital of the world’, the annual yacht show attracts large numbers of yacht owners each year. Last year’s show had over 100,000 visitors, with more than 1,300 boats on display and a total of 1,000 exhibitors, and this year’s show hopes to build on that success.
Boats on display range from dayboats to superyachts, and there are plenty of water toys spread across the vast 3,000,000 sq ft of exhibition space, too.
Edmiston will be in attendance, with a VIP villa in Las Olas Riviera Isles offering a welcome area for clients and direct access to the show via one of our two VIP tenders or our luxury Land Rover car service.
It’s a great opportunity to step aboard some of the most luxurious yachts available to charter and buy, to meet some of the world’s most renowned yacht builders, and to discuss your next yachting project.
Highlights of this year’s show include the Superyacht Village at Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina’s new ‘Pier South’ property, where the largest yachts in show can be seen alongside some of the most sought-after superyacht accessories, including supercars and luxury tenders.

Since launching in 1977, the Cannes Yachting Festival has been one of the most anticipated events in the French Riviera’s calendar.
This year is no different, and this year’s show, from 6-11 September, will feature a stunning selection of yachts, including two additions from Edmiston.
Edmiston is delighted to be bringing the 29m Benetti SpA yacht ASLAN to the show, which will be on display in Port Pierre Canto – visitors will easily be able to pick her out thanks to her striking dark-blue hull. ASLAN is being sold in turnkey condition, and with her charter-friendly five-cabin layout and serene, uncluttered decks, she looks set to impress.
Edmiston is also proud to be representing the 42m 2003 pedigree Feadship LADY CHARLOTTE at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival. LADY CHARLOTTE, which will be at anchor, will be showing off the results of her multi-million Euro refit in 2020, which has left her looking and feeling like a much younger and bigger yacht.
The 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival achieved the same visitor numbers as the pre-pandemic show in 2019 and saw 620 boats exhibit across the Vieux Port and the Port Piere Canto, and hopes are high that this year’s show will build on that success.
Both ASLAN and LADY CHARLOTTE are available to view at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival. If you would like to make an appointment to view either yacht, get in touch with your Edmiston broker.

Fort Lauderdale is considered the ‘yachting capital of the world’ and with over 100,000 visitors, 1,000 exhibitors and more than 1,300 boats on display, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is the largest in-water boat show in the world.
Having your own personal Edmiston guide at Fort Lauderdale will help you navigate this show, transporting you in luxury straight to the yachts we know you’ll want to see, before bringing you back to the exclusive confines of our villa to consider your options over a cooling drink.
This year, Edmiston will be bringing some of our own yachts to Fort Lauderdale, including GITANA, a classic 499GT Feadship with modern fittings that has just completed a multi-million-euro refit, which has left her in pristine condition. Arguably the best yacht of her age and style on the market, GITANA sleeps 10 guests across five cabins. GITANA will be located at the SuperYacht Village during the show.
Also coming with us to Fort Lauderdale is the immaculate neoclassic yacht NADAN from the Burger Boat Company – an Art Deco-style masterpiece, with mahogany panelled lounges, Lalique glass doors, and 1920s-style custom furniture, and yet with a very economic range of 2,400 miles and a shallow draft that raises her cruising options enormously. NADAN will also be located at the SuperYacht Village.
Edmiston guests at this year’s show will also want to step aboard INDIGO yacht, a 29m flybridge yacht from Azimut, which is the finest yacht of her size and style and offers excellent value. With extensive deck space, a retractable sunroof, options for alfresco dining, plus a main deck Owner’s suite and a big, bright main deck salon, INDIGO yacht ticks every possible box on a 30m wishlist. You can view INDIGO in the Bahia Mar show area.

The sailing yacht HYPERION, built by arguably the best sailing yacht shipyard in the world, Royal Huisman, will be back at the St Barths Bucket this year from 17-20 March, demonstrating what she does best.
The St Barths Bucket is one of the sailing world’s premier events – a weekend of camaraderie and non-commercial racing, where like-minded superyacht owners gather to compete and sail for the sheer fun of it.
This year, HYPERION’s professional crew will be joined on board not by their Owner, but by charter guests who have booked this rare opportunity to board the race boat, which is only available for charter once a year during the regatta.
With a hull designed by Germán Frers and interiors by Pieter Beeldsnijder, when she was built in 1998, HYPERION had the tallest ever single rig of any yacht, and her detailed pedigree engineering includes other innovative features, including a carbon dagger board for versatility of cruising.
Once on board, it’s completely up to guests to decide on whether they want to get involved with the racing or just sit back and enjoy the spectacle in one of the most idyllic sailing grounds in the world.

Dubai doesn’t do understated. The words small and discreet, don’t spring to mind when you think of the luxury travel destination either, so why would the Dubai International Yacht Show 2022 be any different?
This year, after a two-year break, the Dubai boat show is back and it promises to be better than ever.
Running from 9-13 March 2022, this year marks the 28th instalment of the five-day Dubai international Yacht Show, organised by the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and held for the first time this year in its new home of Dubai Harbour, which looks set to become the biggest marina in the region.
Alongside exclusive yacht launches, many of the world’s biggest shipyards – Amels, Feadship, Princess, Gulf Craft and Sanlorenzo – will be here, and popular Dubai boat show features, such as Superyacht Avenue will be back.
If you’re planning to visit the Dubai boat show this year, whether to look for a new yacht, or to hear about charter possibilities in the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea, then look no further: we have all the essentials right here.
This year’s Dubai yacht show will see several international debuts, including the 24m Sunreef Eco Line 80, an eco-responsible catamaran that uses electric propulsion and solar panels built into the hull, superstructure, and carbon mast, to provide a reliable sailing performance, while still providing the luxurious experience of a superyacht.
Other exciting yachts on display include the Damen Yachting Seaxplorer 60, the new ice-class expedition yacht from the yard behind LA DATCHA, which is available for delivery in 2024.
Guests can also step aboard the 27m Sanlorenzo SX88, which comes with an impressive beach club.
At the bigger end of the market, the Alloy sailing yacht TIARA, with its Bedouin tent set-up and helipad, will be on show, as will Benetti’s 40m yacht FREE DAY.
Aside from the best-in-show yachts described above, there are also numerous areas to enjoy at the show.
Superyacht Avenue will be home to 50 tempting yachts, and will no doubt be the hub for many visitors, whether they are looking to charter or buy – and VIP tours can be arranged prior to your visit.
In the VIP Lounge, sponsored by Tanishq, visitors can mingle, network or even just unwind in a comfortable setting, with music, food, and drinks.
The Marine Art Gallery, sponsored by Feadship, is an exclusive area of the show where you can enjoy works inspired by the sea from some of the most renowned international artists and sculptors.
Down in the Watersports Village, you can listen to inspiring talks from expert divers on everything, from discovering shipwrecks to overcoming disabilities to achieve record-breaking feats and try out some of the many water toys on display at the show.
Guests at the Dubai yacht show can also step aboard the 27m Sanlorenzo SX88, which comes with a seriously impressive beach club for her class.
At the bigger end of the market, the Alloy sailing yacht TIARA, with its Bedouin tent set-up and helipad, will be on show, as will Benetti’s 40m yacht FREE DAY.
For charter guests, MOONLIGHT II, the 91.4m Neorion Syros yacht brings the wow factor, with space for up to 36 guests on board.
Home to almost 200 nationalities, Dubai is a diverse, exciting metropolis, where you can breakfast at the top of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, stroll through at a traditional souk, take a buggy ride through beautiful desert landscapes, and dine underwater, all in the space of 24 hours.
Dubai never stops, it’s constantly evolving, and this year between yacht viewings, you can visit the highly-anticipated Museum of the Future – one of the city’s most striking new landmarks, which promises to explore both the threats and opportunities of our time.
Running alongside the Dubai boat show, Alserkal Art Week (which runs for closer to three weeks), brings over 20 free exhibitions and installations to the cultural district of Alserkal Avenue, and is a great way to view contemporary art.
For a night out, book tickets for the Dresden Opera Ball, which comes to Dubai for one night on 14 March, with classical musical, beautiful costumes, dancing, and a gala dinner.
Towards the end of the show, the Dubai Challenge Cup polo competition will be held from 12-19 March, one of the most prestigious events in the international sport.
And if you can extend your visit – perhaps with a charter aboard SAVANNAH Feadship’s first hybrid yacht, or DXB – an elegant motor yacht with wonderful craftsman and a clean modern edge – then you won’t want to miss the first edition of Middle East Fashion Week, taking place in Dubai Media City for five days from 26 March. And finally, the Dubai World Cup, the annual horseracing meet, which takes place on 26 March, is also a must-visit.
Yacht owners attending the Dubai yacht show don’t have to pay, though you’ll still need a ticket to access to the full show (including the VIP lounge and Marine Art Gallery), plus a complimentary B2B matchmaking service, though proof of boat ownership may be required.
Free tickets are also offered to those working in the marine industry, including captains and divers.
If you are not currently a yacht owner but would still like to attend, tickets are less than $10, and give you the opportunity to take part in lots of fun games, enjoy music, food and shopping.
See here for all ticket options for the Dubai yacht show
Emirates Airlines is the official partner airline for the Dubai International Boat show and offers connections to over 95 destinations across the world. If you are planning to fly with Emirates to the show between now and 17 March 2022, quote the promotion code EVE6DBT for special rates.
Once here, though you can drive to Dubai Harbour, it’s just as easy to get a taxi, or even arrive by water taxi.
See all options for travelling to Dubai Harbour.
Visitors arriving into Dubai must have a negative PCR test certificate taken no more than 48 or 72 hours of departure (check rules from origin country), however, there is no need to show a certificate to be granted entry to the show.

Edmiston Foundation has been established to address diversity within the Superyacht industry; specifically providing young people, especially those in the most underrepresented and disadvantaged groups, the opportunity to forge a career within the maritime industry.
Young men and women from minority communities and low socio-economic groups, particularly those living in inner city areas, are less likely to participate in outdoor and maritime activities, and this inevitably has a knock-on effect in terms of the representation of people from these groups working in the maritime industry.
Edmiston & Company has provided an initial endowment of £120,000 to deliver training and education opportunities devised and run by the UKSA for more than 200 young people per year. The five year goal is to raise £ 1 million, and see 1,200 young people from around the globe complete the course and find a career in the maritime sector.
Activity will commence in October 2020 when the initial selection of students will attend an 5-day UKSA Sea Change Foundation course, offering introduction to and practical learning in relation to future careers in Maritime. Students will also have the opportunity to apply for places on the Edmiston Superyacht Crew Training Programme to be delivered in Spring 2021. This bespoke careers training programme, created and delivered by UKSA for Edmiston will mirror the standard 3-week Crew Training Course but with additional modules including industry familiarisation, cultural integration and career development, expanding it to a 5-week programme in total.
Jamie Edmiston, Chief Executive of Edmiston and Company commented, “it is my hope that this new initiative will deliver opportunities to young people from all walks of life, ultimately leading to a fulfilling career at sea or within the maritime industry. We intend to proactively remove barriers and provide accessible opportunities to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and support them throughout their career journey”.
He continued by saying “This is the first small step, and I hope that in due course we can widen this initiative and help young people forge careers in the wider yachting industry – as designers, engineers, yacht brokers or senior officers on board yachts”.
Ben Willows, Chief Executive of the UKSA adds, “the UKSA welcomes more than 10,000 young people every year onto water-based careers and activity programmes. Through this work, we have practical experience in delivering educational courses to help enhance our students’ life skills whilst creating concrete paths into maritime employment. This exciting collaboration with Edmiston means together we can deliver a significant impact in providing these opportunities to deserving young people whilst driving a meaningful cultural change to improve diversity in the maritime sector.”
About the Edmiston Foundation. The Edmiston Foundation formed in 2020 will focus on two distinct initiatives: i) employment opportunities for young people within the maritime sector, and ii) environmental initiatives, specifically relating to the Ocean. The Foundation aims to partner with leaders in their respective fields, supporting these initiatives via fund raising and wider awareness.
