Exterior Design & Engineering
With naval architecture by Amels and exterior design by Tim Heywood, WERE DREAMS is a motor yacht with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.
Built to Lloyd's classification, she is hull no.3 of the Amels 171 series from the Dutch yard's Limited Editions range and would certainly appeal to the charter market.
Powered by twin 1408hp MTU diesel engines, WERE DREAMS yacht has a top speed of 15 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500nm when cruising at 13 knots. She comes with Naiad stabilisers for assured comfort both underway and at anchor.
Amenities
The original WERE DREAMS’ yacht Owner changed the sun deck design on previous Amels 171s. The new open arrangement includes a Jacuzzi forward fanned by sunpads, a situp bar and lounge, plus more sunpads, and flexible deck space aft.
Outdoor dining can be enjoyed on the bridge deck aft where there are even more sunbathing options, while there is a more private Portuguese lounge forward and a beach club down below.
Interior Design
Award-winning designer Laura Sessa has sprinkled her magic once more with light, polished woods giving the interiors a fresh, contemporary feel, with occasional splashes of colour.
With an impressive internal volume of 642GT, this luxury superyacht comes with a large salon with a lounge aft and a dining area forward, while a second indoor socialising space can be found in the sky lounge, where guests can enjoy wonderful views.
